Unlike Rich, I was always doubtful that the Cablasian could reach 11 wins, and it looks like as usual, Ron was right and Rich was an asshole. Balance has been restored in the SportsBastards pantheon, but this has dire consequences for the Ryder Cup. You don't like it when your best player loses to a guy with a testosterone level lower than your grandfather's after a few beers.
Unless of course Tiger’s going to be so pissed off by this that he comes back in Ireland and obliterates the best Europe has to offer like a Sherman tank rolling through the streets of Sardenia. I wouldn’t put it past Tiger to engage in a little self-motivating like that, as well as giving the Eurofags a little false confidence, but Tiger’s never played his best with a partner, and I don’t see him starting now.
I’m afraid they’re going to keep the Cup on the continent a little while longer, but I’ve learned to never bet against Tiger, except when he’s playing Shaun Micheel.
