An update on this incident: according to Sporting News Today, the brother was ordered held without bail Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation from a 2005 drug conviction because of the incident. He was charged with disorderly conduct in the incident and pleaded not guilty on Tuesday. Bail for that charge was set at $10,000.
