I really need to work hard at sounding like less of a Ryan Reynolds-style USC douchebag on these podcasts.

Oh stop, you sounded just fine, although you both still seem a little uncomfortable with talking while being recorded. Great show, even if it does generate another decade of Mitch Mustain/Houston Nutt comments. ;)

Thanks for the mention, btw--and yes, I'm still cursing the Sux for getting into the playoffs, although I do take comfort in the hope that Anaheim will make their postseason stay as brief as possible.

Also, Christopher Walken should not play Al Davis, that senile old coot can only be properly played by Dennis Hopper reprising his "Blue Velvet" role. You know Al's gotta be hitting the gas mask on the sly. ;)

You should end it with a big sing-song - a sportsbastards theme tune.

I think Ron and I are getting used to being Greeny and Golic light. When you mention Algollum Davis, you really get uncomfortable.

Which at the rate Algollum talks out of his silver and black tracksuited ass, we might need a cast dedicated to the Failyas.

The show we started was a lot better than the one we were able to finish recording. Starting off with Al Davis a second time made things a lot harder. At this point, it's like pushing around someone's crazy Grandpa.
